Yoga for Golfers

Unlock more power, control, and confidence in your swing with a program built for real golfers — especially if you feel stiff, tight, or struggle with lower back pain after golf

This is focused, dynamic, active movement that helps you loosen up the hips, free your spine, and rebuild the kind of athletic movement most golfers lose after 35 — in just 10 minutes a day.

Clients have dropped their handicaps by up to 40%, added 11% swing speed, and feel lighter, looser, and stronger on every round.

In just 10 minutes a day — helping reduce back pain and restore natural rotation in your swing.

I used to feel stiff as a plank every time I played. Now I feel 10 years younger — and my swing finally flows.”

During play, we identify what’s limiting your swing.
After the round, we reset the body so you recover faster and build long-term performance.

This isn’t a typical golf retreat.

It’s a working day for your body and your game.

Expect:
✅ Pre-round body prep that actually improves your swing
✅ On-course insight into what your body is doing
✅ Post-round recovery to reduce stiffness and pain
✅ Coaching tailored to your movement, not generic drills
✅ A smarter way to play more golf without breaking your body

Train while you play. Fix what’s holding you back.

FAQ — Golf Mobility & Performance

Why does my back hurt after golf?

Most golfers don’t have a “back problem” — they have a movement problem. Long hours sitting tighten the hips and reduce rotation, so the lower back takes the load during the swing. That’s why lower back pain after golf is so common.

How do I fix lower back pain in my golf swing?

You don’t fix it by stretching your back. You fix it by restoring hip movement and rotation so your body can share the load properly. Once that improves, the strain on your lower back reduces quickly.

Why does my golf swing feel stiff or tight?

If your day is mostly sitting, your body adapts. Hips tighten, spine stiffens, and your swing loses freedom. That “stiff golf swing” feeling isn’t age — it’s your body adapting to your daily habits.

Why are my hips not turning in the golf swing?

Because they’ve lost internal rotation. Without that, your body protects itself and limits movement — which shows up as restricted hips and reduced swing power.

Can I improve my golf rotation without spending hours training?

Yes. Short, focused daily work (around 10 minutes) is enough to restore rotation and control — as long as it’s the right type of training.

Will this help increase swing speed?

Yes. When your body moves freely and loads properly, you create more efficient power. Many golfers see improved swing speed simply by removing restriction.

What causes back pain in golfers?

It’s usually a combination of limited rotation, tight hips, and poor loading patterns. The body compensates, and the lower back ends up doing more than it should.

Do I need to be flexible to start?

No. Most clients start stiff. This isn’t about passive flexibility — it’s about building strength and control through movement.

How quickly will I notice a difference?

Most golfers feel a difference in how their body moves within the first few sessions. The key is consistency, not long workouts.
